Divisible plate type heat exchangers SWEP
Rich choice of standard sizes of Swep heat exchangers, various designs, as well as unique range of high-performance plates. The structure of Swep heat exchangers is based on modularity. Standard frames, plates with different relief configuration and several connection variants can be combined, what allows creating equipment for wide range of functions. Swep heat exchangers are easily dismounted for inspection, cleaning or technical maintenance. Possibility to increase or decrease plates quantity is an additional advantage of divisible plate type heat exchangers SWEP for optimization of heat exchanger parameters in case of duty change.
Due to unique patented plates structure, Swep heat exchanger configuration can be revertible to meet heat engineering requirements of any separate application more precisely. Plates are manufactured from stainless steel, nickel alloys or from titanium, however they can be made from other materials as well.
Plates material – AISI 304, AISI 316, Titanium, 254 SMO.
Gaskets material nitrile – EPDM, Fluor, Viton.
